Terms and Conditions

In using this website, you agree to the rules and terms therein including details about our policies, expectations, the various types of estimates offered and the general manner that we conduct business. You acknowledge and agree to act in accordance with our operations. 

You understand that you are contracting our team for services that are provided to customers by Jon E. Dyer Electrician and team. 

You understanding that estimates/proposals, estimate/proposal acceptance, Invoicing and communication about contracts including signatures (where applicable) occur and are reinforced verbally and digitally (through email, text, phone, and through our trusted third-party software). 

Any estimates are as close to the actual final price as can be estimated with the given information at the time of agreement, yet these are not hard quotes. We do work diligently to estimate as accurately as possible but this industry is not one-size-fits all or formulaic and many variables can influence a price change, including product availability and supply chains. 

In order to keep completion timelines, all payments are due according to the established fee schedule. Fee schedule may be updated if there are project modifications initiated by customer or persons/contractor's under customer's care.  

By contacting us through any of our contact methods, you are thereby consenting to accept information and communicate via phone, email, text, Google Business Chat, Google HangOuts, Yelp Chat, WhatsApp, Facetime, Zoom, and any other communication method as updated. 

If you wish to opt out of any communication method, please do so by emailing us at info@jondyerelectric.com. 

Deposits and payments are non-refundable but they are transferrable except in the case of purchased specialty materials. Cancellations without respectable and reasonable advance notice are subject to up to the value of the appointment time slot. 

Jon E Dyer Electrician reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a business relationship with any client who does not to honor these Terms & Conditions, anyone who chooses not to operate within our high standard of integrity and professionalism.
