Info We Collect: 

We collect some or all of the following information when you complete our online booking or contact forms: first and last name, phone number, email address, and the property address that you provide. We also collect and store information regarding what electrical services you procured from us. We do not collect your payment information, it is processed through either PayPal, Square, or Quickbooks Invoicing and we will never save your specific  payment information unless a customer explicitly requests that we do so. We may share information about the services you've procured or a request for service that you have sent us if it becomes relevant in public reviews or public forums. 

How We Protect Your Info: 

We utilize vetted processors and a secure web hosting to keep your information safe, private and protected. As a small business, we utilize trusted third-Parties to support our business operations including DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, GoDaddy, Gmail, Google Calendar, PayPal, Stripe, Square, Quickbooks and Zoom. 

How We Use Your Information: 

Your information is used to contact you regarding completion of the services that you have procured. We may also contact you for a quality assurance check-in including requesting feedback through surveys, sharing company updates, sharing information about our business offerings, deals, and discounts. If we take pictures or videos of work that we have completed, we will do so in an anonymous way, never sharing any of your contact information. We may share details of a service request made to us if it becomes relevant in public forums, reviews, or relevant business proceedings.  

Information Sharing 

Without your consent, we will never share any of your information with any third parties outside of the ones listed above which are utilized in our daily business functions. If a client inquires about another contractor or service in this or other industries, we would connect the client and contractor at the client’s behest only. We may share details of the services you have procured if it becomes becomes relevant in reviews or other business proceedings.
