The health and safety of our team is of the utmost importance. Please ensure that service areas are accessible and free from environmental hazards. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone service for any health or safety concerns.

As fellow pet owners, their safety and well-being is important to us!
Help us keep furry family members safe by adhering to the following:
COVID-19 CONCERNS
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our practices are updated as follows:
1) We have shifted away from in-person estimates and we now conduct our free no-obligation estimates virtually (Zoom or FaceTime) in an attempt to limit a touchpoint and help stop the spread.
2) We are paperless-- all estimates, proposals, acceptances, contracts, applicable signatures and invoices occur digitally using our online platforms. Hard copies will only be provided upon request. Your invoice will arrive in your email inbox.
3) Our team utilizes hand washing and hand sanitizer, disinfecting in between appointments. At your request, we will utilize social distancing as much as is possible and wearing face masks while working inside your home or property when it is safe to do so.
4) Additional safety measures are available upon request including wearing fresh shoe booties when it is safe to do so, disinfecting/sanitizing any touched surfaces when it is safe to do so, and any other measures requested in advance.
5) Similarly, we thank you in advance for keeping our team safe during these times, including socially distancing while we are in your home, wearing a face mask (at your discretion) and letting us know immediately if we need to reschedule your appointment due to COVID-19 contact or other wellness concerns.
6) We respect your privacy and your personal convictions and we are grateful that you respect ours. With that, customers and Jon Dyer Electrician staff are not required nor expected to disclose or communicate their vaccination status to anyone.
7) We will continue to practice health safety precautions for all -- Any staff or customer can request additional precautions be taken on-site. Everyone also has the flexibility to reschedule or opt out of any electrical service due to COVID-19 concerns.
*All deposits are non-refundable but they are transferable if rescheduling due to health concerns.
